Bonus in Famous Inc

Abstract
This memo defines a portion of the Famous Inc trading vertical.
The bonus component is getting introduced to benefit the members
of Famous Inc and at the same time for higher growth rate of
Famous Inc. The intention of this memo is that all the members
should have active participation.
1. Bonus time period
All calculations are done on the last day of the month. The duration
is from first day of the month to the last day of that month.
2. Rules:
case:
- "A" commented on share "X" and there was no other comments so it
was executed as commented and at the end of the month the Famex
moved from "N" to "N+n" and there was only one execution in that
month. Then "A" gets the 20% of the % gained over that share in
that month. The other shares movement doesnt impact the bonus.
- In continuation with above, if "n" people comments on that at
different times or at the same time with different valid reasons
and there is a growth in that share then the 20% is divided by "n"
and distributed.
Note: Simple yes or no doesnt really get counted. There should be
reasons and justification. The shares would be still executed
if everyone thinks but no one would be getting any benefit as no
one really justified it.
If there is a loss due to "A"'s comment no action is taken. As the
rest of the team did not say anything the impact should be beared
by the entire team.
The other shares affect doesnt fall on any other share.
3. Bonus:
- The 20% amount of the total gain on that share will be collected
from the reserved amount and be deposited to personal account in the Famous Bank.
4. Reserves:
- There should be quarterly investments of minimum of Rs 250/-
